Community Chest
In 1998, CEO Henry Engelhardt set up Admiral Group’s community giving fund, to help staff and their families who are involved with local charities, clubs and organisations.
Admiral Group staff are very supportive of charities on both an individual level as well as within their teams and brands, and many are involved in sports and arts clubs along with their families.
Match funding is another part of Community Chest where the company will match the amount raised by staff within the company.
In fact, on Children in Need Day 2008 staff raised more than £1000, and £3200 for the MS Society both of which the company matched.
