On 22 September 2014, the following individuals were awarded shares under the Company's Discretionary Free Share Scheme:
Milena Mondini de Focatiis (Head of European Insurance), a person discharging managerial responsibility within the Company.
Cristina Nestares (CEO UK Insurance) a person discharging managerial responsibility within the Company.
50% of the awards for Milena Mondini de Focatiis and Cristina Nestares were subject to the Company's performance conditions from 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2016.
On 3 October 2017, the Company was notified of the following transactions:
Milena Mondini de Focatiis was awarded 35,000 shares, of which 17,500 have vested in accordance with the Company's performance conditions. 8,225 were sold between 22 and 29 September 2017 at £18.0454 and 9,275 have been retained.
Cristina Nestares was awarded 35,000 shares, of which 17,500 have vested in accordance with the Company's performance conditions. 8,225 were sold between 22 and 29 September 2017 at £18.0454 and 9,275 have been retained.
