On 14 March 2014 the Chief Financial Officer, Kevin Chidwick, was awarded 100 shares under the Admiral Group Approved Share Incentive Plan at a strike price of £15.07.    

Kevin Chidwick and Family Holdings now total of 85,844 ordinary shares in Admiral Group plc. This total holdings figure includes all shares awarded under the Admiral Group Approved Share Incentive Plan.
