On 6 March 2013, Shauneen Lyons, the wife of Admiral Group Chairman, Alastair Lyons, sold 100,000 Admiral Group plc shares at a price of £13.14.

Alastair Lyons and Family now hold a total 392,152 ordinary shares in Admiral Group.
