With respect to Listing Rule 9.6.14 the Company announces that Manning Rountree, a non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of White Mountains Insurance Group Limited, a publicly-traded, Bermuda-domiciled holding company for insurance and financial services interests around the world. Manning has also been appointed as a director to the Board of White Mountains Insurance Group Limited with immediate effect.
