The company was notified on 6 January 2014 that, on 2 January 2014, Milena Mondini (Chief Executive Officer of the company's Italian direct insurance business, ConTe.it), a person discharging managerial responsibility within Admiral Group plc, sold 12,000 shares in Admiral Group plc at a price of £12.94.

Milena Mondini, and her husband, Gabriele Fattorelli, now hold a total of 13,920 ordinary shares in Admiral Group plc.
