The Company's share count at 30 June 2026, excluding shares held in Trusts which are not entitled to dividends, was 303 million. The weighted average share count for H1 2026, excluding unvested shares held in Trust, was 302 million shares. During the first half of 2026, Admiral repurchased 1.5 million shares through its employee benefit trusts for a total of £51 million, to meet its employee share scheme obligations.
