Background and Experience:
Andy was Chief Financial Officer at Domestic & General Group from 2014 to 2017.
He spent 14 years at Prudential plc from 2000 in positions such as Director, Group Finance; Group Chief Risk Officer; and CFO and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Prudential UK.
He previously held senior manager roles at Legal & General Group plc and Lloyds Bank plc , where he was Group Financial Controller, and Lloyds Bank plc. Most recently, he served on the Vitality Health and Life for 9 years until July 2025 and was chair of its Audit Committee. Andy is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
